As a Registered Nurse, Functional Medicine Health Coach and Fitness Trainer, I specialize in helping moms lose body fat, and reclaim their energy, confidence and well-being through my transformative 3-month program.

My journey started when I was in my teens. I always struggled with my weight and body image since I was a teenager. Tried all the fad diets, intense cardio, running 5 miles a day, and couldn’t stick to anything long-term.

I became a mom in 2016, and shortly after started going through nursing school. Prioritizing my health and fitness became even harder. I was not consistent with working out or eating healthy. I had sporadic health issues on and off during this time which I believe were caused by stress and not taking care of myself.  

Then, on Christmas Eve in 2021 I landed in the ER with a high heart rate. I was diagnosed with a hyperactive thyroid. I saw a specialist about it and he didn’t give me any solutions besides surgery to remove my Thyroid or radiate it.

I was determined that there must be something I could do on my own to help my body heal before I had to take those drastic measures.

That’s when I started my journey into the holistic and functional medicine world. I did a food sensitivity test and with that knowledge was able to reverse my disease in 4 months through diet and lifestyle alone. Another shocking side effect was that my depression disappeared after years of trying to treat it with therapy and medications, my skin was smooth after a lifetime of rough, bumpy skin, and my energy levels were through the roof!

After this experience I truly learned how powerful nutrition and lifestyle habits are in our lives.

9 months later I hired a personal trainer and started lifting weights for the first time. And actually stuck to it! I’ve been lifting ever since then and I can’t believe the level of confidence I have now, that I love going to the gym and don’t have to try to be consistent, and how much it has helped my mental health and stress levels.

All of this is why I decided I wanted to help other people, specifically moms, to also change their lives for the better.
